Type 1 - New s.r.o. company formation for 35.000 CZK - Basic Capital required

Alexio sets up a new company in (usually) about 1 month (the initial paperwork can be done in 1 hour, the rest is waiting), we'll go to the authorities to pick up all required czech documents and have your foreign documents translated, so you only have to sign on the dotted line.

The price for a new s.r.o. company is 35.000 CZK

This price includes:
  • Formation Documents (notárský zápis),
  • Extract of Commercial Court (výpis z obchodního rejstríku),
  • Extract of Tradelicense Register (výpis z živnostenského rejstríku),
  • consultancy, notary and lawyer fees,
  • Getting all required Czech documents (criminal extract, kadastr),
  • Opening a bank account,
  • Signature Verifying fees (250 - 500 CZK),
  • Tradelicense fees (1.000 CZK tradelicense stamp duty),

Type 2 - New readymade s.r.o. company for 45.000 CZK - No Basic Capital required

For people who are not able / willing to pay the basic capital of 200.000 CZK, we can found a NEW ready-made company especially to your wishes (so no off-the-shelf standard solution or company with history), put in the basic capital and after company registration transfer the ownership to you.

You will get a completely new sro company, without history and without the need to deposit the capital yourself.

The price for a new ready-made s.r.o. company is 45.000 CZK

This price includes:
  • We borrow the Basic Capital (základní kapitál) - you will not have to provide 200.000 CZK ,
  • Formation Documents (notárský zápis),
  • Extract of Commercial Court (výpis z obchodního rejstríku),
  • Extract of Tradelicense Register (výpis z živnostenského rejstríku),
  • consultancy, notary and lawyer fees,

Type 3 - Off-the-shelf readymade s.r.o. company for 35.000 CZK - No Basic Capital required

This type of company has been formed already, and ownership can be transferred in 1 hour. Basic capital has been paid, and the company name and tradelicense have been chosen already. Only the director and business seat will be changed according to the new owner, further changes (more directors / shareholders, tradelicenses etc) are invoiced separately.

You will get an sro company, without history and without the need to deposit the capital yourself.

The price for an off-the-shelf readymade s.r.o. company is 35.000 CZK

This price includes:

Owner / Director not in Czech Republic - remote company formation

If (one) of the owners (jednatels) / shareholders is not able to come to Czech Republic there is an additional cost of 10.000 CZK for handling and super-legalizing all documents.

No 'starting from ...' price or hidden fees

We do not use a 'starting from ...' price as some companies that advertise a much lower price such as 9.900 CZK, that doesn't include for example founding documents, notary fees, trade license and court fees.

Our price includes everything: our services, company formation documents, notary fees, all trade license and court fees.

If you are (going to be) VAT-registered, VAT will be added to the price.

Company formation expenses are fully deductable as startup-costs.

Trade licenses for s.r.o. Companies

Each company needs to have at least one trade license. This license allows you to conduct business activities in that specific area. We highly recommend to choose more than one trade license at the company start, because if at a later point in time you would like to add a business activity, the company needs to re-filed at the trade license register. This costs time and money.

We help you select the right tradelicenses at the set-up of the company.

Registration at the Taxoffice, Social Office and Health Insurance

After the company formation is complete, it must be registered at the tax office for coprporate income tax (and optinoally for VAT), and also at the social office and health insurance in case of employees.

Applying for a Business Visa / EU Residence Permit

3rd-Country Nationals who want to have an s.r.o. company, do not need a Work Permit or Visa on the basis of employment (as long as they do not accept a regular job at another company).
Instead of those, they need a Visa for Business purposes, and after 5 years of stay they can apply for a Permanent Residence Permit (not sooner).

EU-citizens that are here for business purposes do not need a business visa, but instead are obligated to register an EU temporary residence permit.
