Getting money back - pay only for what you have used
If you decide to move to different address or stop your business, we will refund the difference.It works like this:
- The notice period is 2 months (so inform 2 months before you move / stop your business)
- Show official proof of registration at a different address, and get the 3.000 CZK deposit back
- Show official proof that you have deregistered your business, and get the 3.000 CZK deposit back
- The used months will be recalculated according to how many complete years you have stayed
Example: You pay for 2 years (24 * 690 CZK + 3.000 CZK deposit = 19.560 CZK), but you give notice 2 months before registering at a different address, and stay only 1 year and 3 months.
You will be charged 15 * 790 CZK (1 complete year + 3 months) = 11.850 CZK,
but you paid 24 * 690 CZK = 16.560 CZK,
so you will get 16.560 - 11.850 = 4.710 CZK + 3.000 CZK deposit back (in total 7.410 CZK back)
Alexio will take care of everything for you.
Alexio will take care of the contract between you and Profi-Kancelár, but there is no additional cost for you for this service.If in future you would like to change your contact data, or upgrade / downgrade the service, just contact Alexio and we will forward the information to Profi-Kancelár.
Costs of changing from and old to a new address / No additional costs for first registrations
In case your company is already registered somewhere else and you want to change to a new address there are costs for making registration changes at the authorities (trade license register, commercial court, tax office, social office, health insurance etc). This we are not able to do for free, since this is a lot of work and stamp duties need to be paid.When founding an s.r.o. or registering a živnostenský list right from the start at Profi-Kancelar
there are no additional costs for registering that address.
