Applying / Extending of a Visa for Employment Purposes and Work Permit
We help you and your employer with the workpermit application if you already found a job in Czech Republic.It is not possible to get a Work Permit before you have a job contract from a czech company.
Only if you have found a job and have a jobcontract at a czech company we can help you with a workpermit but not the other way around, unfortunately.
Also, Alexio.cz is not able to find a job for you, or provide an invitation to Czech Republic.
After you get the Work Permit, then the Visa application process can be started.
The whole process can take many months, if you have to apply at the embassy in your home country.

Applying / Extending of a Business Visa on the basis of a Trade License or s.r.o. Company
In order to apply for the Business Visa there must be proof of the registration of the trade license, or being director of an s.r.o. company. Applying for a Temporary Residence Permit for EU-citizens

Applying / Extending of a temporary Residence Permit on the basis of Marriage
3rd-Country Nationals married to EU-Citizens can get a temporary Residence Permit (valid for 5 years) from the Ministry of Interior, there is no need to apply it while still in the home country - although a valid visa into Czech Republic is required. Applying / Extending of a permanent Residence Permit
A permanent Residence Permit can only be applied for at the Ministry of Interior in Czech Republic.For holders of a Visa the general rule is that they can apply after 5 years of stay in Czech Republic.
European citizens can get a permanent residence permit after 5 years of temporary residence permit.

Applying for Czech Nationality
Czech Nationality can only be applied for at the Ministry of Interior in Czech Republic.Czech Nationality is only possible after getting the permanent residence permit.
Only in very rare cases (Czech parent, humanitarian reasons) Czech Nationality can be applied for earlier.

Applying for Czech Driver's License
Getting a Czech Driver's License for EU-Citizens is relatively easy, because the authorities recognize the old license as a valid document for replacement (als long as it is still valid). Getting Health Insurance (VZP / Maxima / Slavia)
The foreign police will only accept health insurance of a czech insurance company.We offer Health Insurance from all large insurance companies (VZP / Maxima / Slavia).
For most visa applications (not tourist, not employee) a 'complex care' health insurance is required since 01.01.2011.
EU Citizens need to be in the public health care system instead of using a commercial insurance.
Alos 3rd-Country Nationals with a Permanent Residence Permit must be in the public health care.
Legal Translation Services
For almost all applications (super) legalized translations and apostille stamps are needed. You must have your documents superlegalized (by means of an apostille stamp), and Alexio will translate them here for you.Above prices for Visa / Residence Permit applications do not include translation costs.
Alexio DOES NOT send invitation letters
Alexio does not send invitation letters for visa application. Apply for a tourist visa instead, or have us form the company remotely and then apply for a business visa directly, based on this company.Finding accomodation / residence address
Alexio can not help you with finding accomodation or a (fake) residence address.Contact a real estate agent or look on S Reality.cz for an apartment.
